Abstract

The present study presents the challenges that the protagonists of the Food Production Bonus Program have in the fulfillment of the objectives that it proposes. The study was conducted through interviews at the municipal level. The results of the research show the challenge of improving the diet, marketing surpluses, developing micro-business initiatives. Likewise, it is important in this process to promote an entrepreneurial attitude aimed at an economy of scale and for this it is essential to provide the government with support in terms of the technical assistance of the protagonists.
