Abstract

This academic article highlights the current situation the MSCs in the State of Nuevo León, Mexico, presenting the low degree of efficiency offered by the traditional judicial system and it is a contrast with the existing potential in the efficiency of MSCs. It emphasizes the intangible values provided by MSCs and the benefit of users as a persuasion strategy for the use of MSCs. And there is a need to continue scientific research for the use of MSC.
