Related sexual bias with fictional gay characters: A comparison between samples from El Salvador and the United Kingdom

This paper offers an Open Government comparative analysis among Costa Rica and Puerto Rico, under a perspective of the implications that this model has had on governance and governability. For this research purpose, we make an assessment about the main elements related to the normative and legal aspects regarding this topic, as well as the main obtained advances with the respective implementation process. Both countries were selected because their similarities regarding several development indicators such as kind of government, recent implementation of the open government model and other similarities that incentive this comparison (normative, social and political aspects, among others).
