Abstract

In this article a comparison of the frameworks for the implementation of inclusive education in El Salvador, specifically for people with physical disabilities in higher education is carried out. It analyzes how from the World Declaration on Education for All, a product of the international conference of the same name, held in Jomtien (Thailand) in 1990, El Salvador incorporates inclusive education for persons with disabilities in two specific laws: the Law on Equalization of opportunities for Persons with Disabilities and Inclusive Education Policy.
