Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación consiste analizar a través de una encuesta la función  moderadora de la inteligencia  emocional  en situaciones estrés  laboral en la División de Adquisiciones de la UNAN-Managua, en la cual hubo algunos hallazgos interesantes durante el proceso, por ejemplo, que los trabajadores prestan atención a sus sentimientos, emociones, estados de  ánimo entre ellos. Con ello pretendemos sentar las bases para otras investigaciones podría determinar la salud mental del personal de la universidad, especialmente en un contexto nacional complicado, con ello establecer un plan de intervención pertinentes que contribuyan a un ambiente armonioso colectivo, con el fin de establecer estrategias del manejo del estrés y les permitan mejorar la salud mental.
