Abstract

The study was carried out in eight communities: Los Copales, Santa Rosa, Uniles, El Cairo, Motuce, municipality of Somoto and El Porcal-municipality of San Lucas. Through the funds of the PAI program (Small Aid for Research) In order to describe the adaptability of small peasant production units, determine the implementation of innovative technology in the production systems of small producers. The Methodology used was designed through an interview guide for direct application to the producers, previously the Validation of the Information Collection Instrument was carried out, with the technical staff of INTA-REGIONAL-Estelí, who submitted the instrument for consideration so that they respond to Research Lines of the GIA (Agricultural Research Groups) A baseline extracted by peasant productive units of the technologies implemented and adopted in the productive sphere was built. As well as the elaboration of a Guide of Innovative Technologies Adapted to Climate Change in Small Productive Peasant Units of the Dry Corridor. With the development of this research project, it has been possible to promote a strategic alliance for the development of research, articulating efforts UNAN-León with INTA-Madriz to consolidate the educational process of academic training, generating contributions to the process of transformation of productive systems. farmers.
